FedEx’s new office is located at 17925 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield.
In another deal, Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin’s Scott Satula represented the landlord in the UPS Store’s lease renewal at the Pier 37 retail center in Monona, Wisconsin. UPS’ new location is at 6516 Monona Drive.
And Pure Barre leased 2,006 square feet at Horizon Plaza, 3825 E. Calumet St. in Appleton, Wisconsin. Max Jacobson with Mid-America represented the tenant with this transaction.
