Apparel retailer Modern Society is opening a location in Copaken Brooks‘ Artera multifamily property in Kansas City, Missouri.
Modern Society will lease 1,369 square feet on the ground level of Arterra starting in the middle of September.
Husband-and-wife duo Bryan and Andrea Pena started Modern Society in Springfield, Missouri, in 2011.
Erin Johnston, vice president of retail brokerage at Copaken Brooks, brokered the deal.
