Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has brokered the sale of a 5,100-square-foot medical office building on 0.93 acres located at 1260 W. Higgins Road in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The former Urgent Care Center was renovated in 2015 and has over 70 parking spaces.
Randy Olczyk, Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate president, along with senior vice president Ray Okigawa, represented the seller, S & L Real Estate Properties, LLC in the recent transaction. National Realty Advisors’ Joe Priola represented the buyer, MAPT Properties, LLC in the acquisition.
