Doug Van Noord has joined REDICO, a full-service real estate development and investment company headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, as vice president of leasing.
In this role, Van Noord will be responsible for the planning and execution of the leasing strategy for REDICO’s commercial and mixed-use developments in Michigan. In addition, he will conduct market research, site evaluation/programing and oversee the commercial leasing process.
Prior to joining REDICO, Van Noord served as director of sales, leasing and development at Ford Motor Land Development Corporation, where he was responsible for several large projects. This included the development of Wagner Place in Downtown West Dearborn, Michigan. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
Van Noord has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience on behalf of landlords, investors and developers. He has served in leadership roles at Reit Management Research LLC and Hallwood Commercial Real Estate LLC and began his career as a broker with Cushman and Wakefield.
