Kudan Group’s Daniel Rubinow completed closings in southwest suburban Evergreen Park, Illinois and north suburban Wheeling, Illinois.
A barbecue concept is slated to open at 2855 W. 95th Street, in Evergreen Park. The former Famous Dave’s is located directly across from the Little Company of Mary Hospital and steps from Evergreen Park’s central retail district. Rubinow represented both parties in the lease. 79th Street BBQ will open its flagship location later this year.
Rubinow also facilitated the sale of the Golden Chef Restaurant in Wheeling. Construction has already begun on the 4,063-square-foot, free-standing building, which will soon be home to Yu’s Restaurant. This will be their fourth Chicagoland location.
