Transwestern Commercial Services has been retained by Osborn370 LLC to provide leasing services for Osborn370, a 170,000-square-foot, Class-A office building at 370 N. Wabasha St. in the St. Paul, Minnesota, Central Business District.
The leasing team includes TCS Managing Principal Mike Salmen, Principal Mike Honsa and Vice President Tate Krosschell.
Osborn370 underwent a renovation in 2018 to create an office community for companies, individuals and organizations to create, innovate and collaborate. With city and community support, the building is now known as St. Paul’s innovation business hub and appeals to tenants seeking a vibrant and collaborative work environment.
Current tenants include Bridgewater Bank, Smart Care, American Public Media and an array of start-ups and emerging businesses. Added amenities include a state-of-the-art collaboration floor, upgraded lobby and common areas, an outdoor patio, and a coffee shop.
