Pepperidge Farm, Incorporated has leased 87,602 square feet at Heritage Crossing, 15901 W. 147th Street in Lockport, Illinois. Jason West and Brian Borget of Cushman & Wakefield represented Pepperidge Farm; Dan Leahy, Mark Moran and John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.

Heritage Crossing added four new leases in 2018 comprising of 650,0000 square feet, including deals with Illinois Tool Works and 3PL firm Kane is Able. With nine buildings varying in sizes from 120,000 to 512,000 square feet, Heritage Crossing is now 94 percent leased. The 228-acre business park is situated directly at the Interstate 355 and 143rd Street interchange with a half-mile of tollway exposure.
