Darland is building Pacific Springs Center II, a Class-A office building on the northwest corner of 168th and Pacific streets in Omaha.
The two-story, 40,000-square-foot office complex features architectural precast, fiber cement cladding, glass storefront and an underground parking garage.
Darland began construction in November and is on track to complete the office building in early fall. Investors Realty is handling management and leasing for the building.
