Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of an 11,150-square-foot, mixed-use property located in Chicago, according to David G. Bradley, regional manager of the firm’s Chicago Downtown office. The asset sold for $1,325,000.

Anthony Catanese, an associate, and James Ziegler, a senior associate, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also represented the buyer.

The property is located at 3135 W. Montrose Avenue in Chicago’s Albany Park neighborhood, seven miles northwest of Chicago’s downtown. The property’s 12 units are comprised of two first-floor retail spaces, three one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and seven two-bedroom/one-bathroom units.
