The Boulder Group closed the sale of a single-tenant net-leased Shopko Hometown property at 2105 Lazelle St. in Sturgis, South Dakota, for $2.052 million.
The 30,500-square-foot building is located within the regional trade area, and is the only national pharmacy within 16 miles. The Shopko Hometown is also near Fort Meade, a training site for the South Dakota National Guard and an Army National Guard Officer Candidate School.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction, a real estate investment trust based in Texas. The buyer was a private real estate investor in Wyoming.
