CBRE Multifamily represented MSP Crossroads Apartments in the sale of The Concierge, a 698-unit multifamily community at 7600-7720 Penn Ave. S. in Richfield, Minnesota, to JRK Investors Inc.
The Minneapolis-based team of Keith Collins, Abe Appert, Ted Abramson and Ike Hoffman represented the seller.
Built in 1968 and renovated from 2016 to 2018, Concierge is located in the Minneapolis suburb of Richfield. The building offers resort-style living with amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, sun deck, cabanas, fitness center, golf simulator, rock-climbing walls and entertainment space.
The six-building community is comprised of 457,620 square feet.
