Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Summit Oak, a 94-unit apartment property in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The asset sold for $5.475 million.
Bradley Barham, a senior associate, and Max Helgeson, an associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown and Kansas City offices, represented both the seller and buyer. Barham served as the broker of record for this transaction.
Summit Oak is located at 805 S.W. Mill St. and consists of eight buildings on nearly six acres. The 94 apartments are comprised of 20 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, 54 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 20 three-bedroom/one-and-a-half bathroom units.
