Avison Young-St. Louis represented Great Ledge Development in the sale of an 11-acre property to NorthPoint Development. The property is located on the corner of James S. McDonnell Blvd. and Byassee Drive near the Boeing campus in Hazelwood, Missouri. The sales price was $1.93 million.
The site is the former home of St. Louis Steel Products. It is currently vacant and well suited to be developed as a logistics hub and warehouse space, with offices for executives and administrative personnel.
