Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office recently closed the sale of a self-storage facility in Florida.
The office sold Life Storage, a 64,629-square-foot self-storage facility in Margate, Florida, for $12.65 million.
Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Hatcher and Coe also secured the buyer.
