Cornerstone Companies, Inc. has been named the developer and general contractor for the Goodman Campbell Brain & Spine Facility set to open its doors in May of next year in Carmel, Indiana.

The two-story, $17.6 million-dollar facility will be occupied by Goodman Campbell, a team specializing in physiatry, physical therapy, neurosurgery and spine-related pain management. The space will be used for a combination of medical office, treatment and administrative services.

The Goodman Campbell medical offices will sit on a 10-acre lot with visibility from US-31. The building will feature an exterior with metal panel and brick combination, a canopy for patient drop-off, and a two-story wood lobby feature wall.

The entire project is located at US-31 and Illinois Street in Carmel, and includes infrastructure for a second lot south of the building. The primary MOB will total about 38,537 square feet.
