Lee & Associates has closed a $1.7 million lease transaction for a 79,541-square-foot industrial building located at 31 Presidential Drive in Roselle, Illinois.
Jeff Janda and Jeff Galante, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Roselle Holdings, LLC. Rick Anesi, vice president, John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, EquipSolutions, a water treatment equipment company.
“Our client, EquipSolutions, was looking for the right facility to fit their needs—not only for today, but to support their future growth as well,” Anesi said. “Location in an area that supported their labor force was essential. This building fit those needs.”
