Kraus-Anderson has completed a 26,000-square-foot clinic for Fraser in Woodbury, Minnesota. The new mental health and rehabilitation clinic will serve children with special needs.
The $6.6 million clinic is located at 721 Commerce Drive. Fraser is Minnesota’s largest provider of autism services.
The new clinic – Fraser’s seventh in the Twin Cities – addresses the needs of many families, thousands of which are waiting for services in St. Paul and the surrounding communities. Using data from the CDC and U.S. Census projections, more than 6,500 east metro families may need this new mental health treatment clinic within the next 10 years.
Fraser Woodbury Clinic will offer comprehensive autism and mental health evaluations, diagnostic and treatment services; autism and mental health day treatment; case management; applied behavioral analysis; and speech, occupational and physical therapy.
