After outgrowing its current floor plate at the Merchandise Mart, Origami Risk will make a move later this year to 222 N. LaSalle Street. The provider of risk management analysis and reporting platforms will more than double its 11,600 square feet of space to 24,500 square feet when the lease commences later this year. Colliers International I Chicago’s Dougal Jeppe represented the firm in the transaction.
“222 was a terrific fit for Origami and easily met the company’s site selection criteria,” said Jeppe. “Location-wise, it conveniently bridges the gap between the Loop and River North.”
With an average 39,000-square-foot floor plate, 222 N. LaSalle Street allows Origami to keep its growing company on one floor to support collaboration and maintain its continued commitment to exceptional service for its growing customer base. Further, it provides majestic views of the Chicago River—something the company wanted to replicate from its Merchandise Mart stay.
