Kudan Group, a Chicago-based real estate firm that focuses on restaurant and retail transactions in the Chicagoland market, recently completed transactions in suburban Glenview and Itasca.
Director of real estate services, Jarrett Fradin, facilitated the sale of 630 Waukegan Road in north suburban Glenview. The 20,000-square-foot dealership sits on 2.3 acres situated between Lake Avenue and Golf Road. Trammel Crow Company purchased the property for redevelopment.
Brian Laskov, managing broker of Kudan Group, represented Tandem Marketing in the lease at 1503 E. Industrial Drive in Itasca. The industrial park is home to several area businesses and is bordered by Irving Park Road and Thorndale Avenue.
