A new permanent band pavilion will soon be unveiled at The Greene Town Center mixed-use development in Dayton, Ohio. The development is owned and developed by Olshan Properties, and was built in 2006.
The band pavilion, sponsored by Kettering Health Network, will be the first permanent structure of its kind at The Greene. The 20 foot-tall by 20 foot-wide enclosure will regularly host outdoor concerts and other events.
“We appreciate Kettering Health Network’s support of this improvement to our community entertainment space,” said Steve Willshaw, general manager of The Greene Town Center, in a written statement. “Not only is this a significant upgrade from the tent that we’ve used for more than 10 years but it will enliven our outdoor events programming for years to come.”
The structure, which will be located in the Kettering Health Network Town Square on Glengarry Drive, is expected to be completed by the end of May.
