CBRE completed four multifamily sales in the St. Louis area in the last two months. The deals totaled about $82 million and 1,106 units.
Matt Bukhshtaber, an executive vice president with CBRE’s St. Louis office, represented the sellers in each of the transactions.
The properties sold include Central West End City, 402 units in Central West End, Missouri; Northwinds Apartments, 438 units in Ferguson, Missouri; Vance Station, 98 units in Valley Park, Missouri; and Chapel Ridge of Union, 168 units in Union, Missouri.
