Holland Construction Services recently held the ground-breaking ceremony for a new office building for Musick Dermatology in Swansea, Illinois, in the St. Louis market.
The 10,000-square-foot building will be located at 4948 Benchmark Centre Drive in Swansea. Musick Dermatology is approaching its 10th-year anniversary. The new office will give the growing practice more office space.
Farnsworth Group in Fairview Heights, Illinois, designed the new building. It will feature 16 exam rooms and two procedure rooms in addition to other offices.
