Colliers International closed the lease of 1,060 square feet of retail and restaurant space in Detroit’s Baltimore Station Phase 1 development at 6402 Woodward Ave.
Ben Hubert and Benji Rosenzweig, vice presidents of Colliers International, represented both the landlord, The Platform, and the new tenant, Woodpile BBQ Shack, in the lease.
The new location in Detroit’s Milwaukee Junction neighborhood will include a bar.
Baltimore Station Phase 1 is now completely leased, and is scheduled to open this summer.
