L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International recently closed the sale of the 55,528-square-foot multi-tenant Oakland Euro Center office building at 3201 University Drive in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
The sale represents the seventh such property acquisition in metropolitan Detroit by California-based LSTC Michigan, LLC.

L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International will oversee leasing at the building, while the company’s affiliated company, Liberty Property & Asset Management, will handle management of the property. The building had an occupancy rate of 97 percent at the time of sale and is home to 10 tenants.
