National commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates has negotiated the sale of a 34,052-square-foot industrial building located at 1550 Glenlake Avenue in Itasca, IL.
Chris Nelson and Jeff Janda, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, logistics firm Suntrans International. Steve Ostowski and Keith Stauber represented the buyer, TSW Alloy Wheels, an aftermarket alloy wheel company headquartered in California.
