Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Egg Basket Pancake House, a net-leased property located at 880 S. Barrington Rd. in Streamwood, Illinois.
Multiple offers drove the list price of $1.23 million to a sales price of $1.3 million. Avi Dimarsky and Brian Parmacek, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago O’Hare office, had the exclusive listing and marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was also secured by the pair.
