Three new retail tenants have joined the Town Pavilion development in Kansas City, Missouri, thanks to the help of commercial real estate firm Copaken Brooks.
The three tenants will occupy the first-floor retail space of the development. The new tenants are Johnny C’s Deli & Pasta, Chick N Pie and Ruby Jean’s Juicery.
Copaken Brooks is handling the leasing at the development, and brought each of the three new retailers to the center.
Town Pavilion is a 38-story skyscraper at 1100 Walnut St. in downtown Kansas City.
