Schafer Richardson, Inc. recently negotiated the new lease of about 2,400 square feet to Rack Shack BBQ at in Eagan, Minnesota, in the Cedar Cliff Shopping Center.
Rack Shack BBQ was seeking a high-traffic location near its current location in Burnsville, Minnesota. The restaurant is expected to open in early 2018.
“Cedar Cliff Shopping Center rarely has a vacancy due to its proximity to Highway 77 and its high visibility and strong retail tenant roster. Rack Shack BBQ will be a welcome addition to the property and neighborhood,” said Schafer Richardson leasing agent, Erin Larson.
Rack Shack has another location in West St. Paul and was featured on the Travel Channel’s “101 Best places to Chow-Down in America.”
