Brown Commercial Group completed a 26,401-square-foot industrial transaction in Hillside, Ill.
Trinity Scurto, Brown Commercial’s senior vice president, represented both the seller, a private investor, and the buyer, Bire LLC, in the purchase of a 12-unit building at 500 N. Mannheim Road in Hillside, Illinois.
“There is considerable demand for these types of well-located assets that have a strong income stream and the potential for added value through renovations and additional leasing,” Scurto said in a statement. “We are constantly out in the market looking for these types of properties and expect to see the market continue to tighten as we head into year end.”
