First Hospitality Group, Inc. recently celebrated the opening of Hyatt Place Ann Arbor hotel in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The hotel is owned by investment firm Rockbridge and was developed by Rockbridge’s affiliate hotel development company RBHD.
FHG will manage the hotel.
The new six-story hotel broke ground in April of 2016, and is located at 3223 S. State St. in Ann Arbor. It features 142 guest rooms each with one or two king-size beds, with some rooms featuring a “Cozy Corner” with a sofa-couch.
The hotel also offers free WiFi and 24-hour food service. Other amenities include a 24-hour gym, gallery kitchen breakfast and coffee to cocktails bar.
