Designed with flexibility in mind, the building is able to accommodate a single user or two tenants. The facility will have two entrances off Graham Road, east of Interstate-65. Construction is scheduled for completion in late spring 2018.

Opus Development Company, L.L.C. is the developer, Opus Design Build, L.L.C. is the design-builder and Opus AE Group, L.L.C. is the architect and structural engineer of record. Luke Wessel from Cushman & Wakefield will market the property for lease.
