Farbman Group completed renovations to its Northbrook office building located at 40 Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, Illinois.
The 110,000-square-foot building received renovations to its lobby which includes new lighting, a freshly painted interior and new furniture throughout. Further renovations include updates to the common areas on each floor, mural artwork and exterior LED lighting. There are also new speculative spaces that are move-in ready.
