An 84-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott will open Sept. 1 in Decorah, Iowa.
The new hotel, located at 2041 Iowa State Highway 9, will operate as a Marriott franchise owned and managed by Rebound Hospitality of Northfield, Minnesota.
The hotel is located close to downtown Decorah and on the Trout Run Bike Trail. It is near Luther College, the Porter House Museum, Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum and Malanaphy Springs.
