L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International recently closed five leases totaling about 21,000 square feet at the Wilshire Plaza Office Building at 901 Wilshire Drive in Troy, Michigan.
New tenants in the building are NB Coatings, Caliber Home Loans, Keller Williams, Dearborn Holding Company and Avera Health.
“Wilshire Plaza has always stood out in the Troy market,” said Mason L. Capitani, director of leasing for the property.
