Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Newmark Knight Frank recently represented New Gateway, Inc., a community service organization that cares for mentally and physically challenged adults, in its relocation to West Bloomfield, Mich.

New Gateway now will occupy its own building, a 9,200-square-foot flex building.

“We are extremely pleased to have successfully negotiated New Gateway’s relocation to this more efficient specialized facility under time-sensitive circumstances. The organization was facing an unexpected change in building compliance at its current location in Bloomfield Hills,” said Mitchell Lipton, executive managing director and principal, who represented New Gateway with Brian Schwartz, director of Newmark Knight Frank.
