Cindy Metz was named broker of the year at Cincinnati’s NAI Bergman for the second year in a row.
Laurence Bergman, president and chief executive officer of the company, made the announcement during NAI Bergman’s annual company dinner.
“In a challenged economy, Cindy has demonstrated that deals can get done. Her commitment to her clients and her knowledge of the commercial real estate retail market provides the best this industry has to offer. It gives me great pleasure to recognize such a deserving broker,” Bergman said when presenting the 2010 NAI Bergman Broker of the Year Award to Metz.
Metz, who specializes in retail sales and leasing, joined NAI Bergman in 2005. Her client list has included Grandview Outlet Centers, Dunkin Donuts, Gold Star Chili, Little Caesars, Toppers Pizza and United Art & Education.
Metz’s transactions include Aldi Foods, Chick-fil-A, Jimmy John’s, T-Mobile, Chipotle, City BBQ, Hanger Prosthetics, Advance Auto and CitiTrends. Shopping center operators represented by Metz include American Commercial Realty, Vintage Capital Group, Crookshank Properties and RP Realty. Non-profits represented include Shriner’s Syrian Temple, American Legion and area churches.
