Slow market? Struggling economy? Don’t tell that to Paul Davis and Andrew Daitch of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Detroit office. The pair were two of the most successful investment specialists with the company in 2010.
Davis ranked No. 7 and Daitch no. 11 out of more than 1,200 investment specialists nationwide.

Davis, a senior vice president of investments based in Detroit, joined Marcus & Millichap in September of 1998 and was promoted to senior vice president of investments in July of 2009. He also serves as a senior director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group.
Daitch, a vice president of investments and a director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group in Detroit, joined the firm in July of 2000 and was promoted to vice president of investments in July of 2008.
Davis and Daitch facilitated transactions valued at more than $183 million last year.
