Friedman negotiates four lease transactions at Michigan office park

Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently negotiated four new lease transactions at Laurel Office Park in Livonia, Mich.

The new tenants will occupy about 15,629 square feet of office space in the recently renovated buildings Laurel Office Park I and III.

Kennedy Home Health, a provider of home-care services, signed a long-term 1,694-square-foot lease for its Medicare division at Laurel Office Park I. IPswitch, a technology provider of file transfer and data workflow services, signed lease for 7,206 square feet at Laurel Office Park III.

Harvey Industries, an automotive manufacturing firm, signed a 4,278-square-foot lease for its corporate headquarters at Laurel Office Park I, while ARConcepts, an architecture and design firm, signed a lease for 1,267 square feet for its headquarters at Laurel Office Park I.
