Michael Weishaar and Luke Wessel, both of Cassidy Turley, have been awarded the listing assignment for the Best Buy distribution facility in Franklin, Ind.
Weishaar and Wessel are exclusively marketing the 703,496-square-foot office/distribution facility for sale or lease. The property, located at 2001 Commerce Parkway (formerly Musicland Drive), will be vacated as Best Buy shifts distribution to other locations throughout the country. The facility opened in 1995, and was operated by Musicland before Best Buy purchased it.
“This property is available at an opportune time,” said Weishaar. “The Central Indiana market is beginning to show positive signs of recovery. With the existing labor force and proximity to the vast interstate system, this first-class facility creates a tremendous opportunity.”
