New York-based multi-family lender Centerline Capital Group recently hired two multi-family lending veterans to help the company expand its business in the Midwest.

Adam Klingher, senior vice president, and Joseph Markech, vice president, recently joined Centerline Capital’s Chicago office.

“We are delighted to welcome Adam and Joseph to the Centerline team. They will play a critical role as we expand our mortgage banking operations in the Midwest,” said William Hyman, head of Centerline’s mortgage banking business. “We are confident this new team with its vast experience and knowledge of the industry will be instrumental in developing strategic relationships throughout the region.”

Klingher brings more than 20 years experience in multi-family lending to his new position. He has been responsible for originating more than $10 billion in multi-family loans during his career.

Markech also brings more than 20 years of experience to his post. He has originated loans throughout the United States in all commercial asset types.
