Binswanger recently sold a one-story 605,640-square-foot building in Kalamazoo, Mich., that was previously used by American Greetings Corporation.
The property was purchased by 3825 Emerald Drive, LLC. The buyerplans on using the property for its beverage warehouse and distribution business.
The facility features a steel-frame structure with insulated metal and 8-foot block walls, six- to eight-inchh reinforced concrete floors, ceiling heights to 30 feet and a wet sprinkler system. The building also boasts 27 loading docks and four overhead drive-in doors.
Rob Gemerchak, Michigan’s senior vice president for Binswanger, handled the transaction.
