Jeff Chaney, senior vice president and managing director of NorthMarq’s St. Louis regional office, recently arranged a first-mortgage refinance in the amount of $9 million for Ronnie’s Plaza, a 189,309-square-foot retail center in St. Louis.
Ronnie’s 20 Cinema, SSM Healthcare of St. Louis, TGI Fridays and 54th Street Grill are major tenants at the center.
Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 10-year amortization schedule. It was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with a correspondent life-insurance company.
