Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the lease of 112,500 square feet of industrial space in Howell, Mich.
Jim Montgomery of Signature Associates represented both the landlord, Anheuser Busch, and the tenant, Export Corporation. Anheuser Busch has moved its operations to Melvindale, Mich., while Export Corporation is expanding its operations with the addition of this facility.
