Sitex Realty Group has announced the acquisition of seven industrial buildings in the suburban submarkets of Chicago totaling approximately 380,000 square feet.

Sitex acquired the Wood Dale Industrial Center, a 280,947-square-foot, seven building complex located at 905-955 Sivert Drive and 870-960 Lively Boulevard in Wood Dale.  The Wood Dale Industrial Center features functional industrial units between 13,000 to 38,000 square feet.  Steve Disse and Jeff Devine from Colliers International represented American Realty Advisors on the sale.

650 Anthony Trail is a 97,841-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building that features six units ranging in size from 8,000 to 25,500 square feet.  The multi-tenant building is currently 100 percent occupied. Paul Tesdal of Marcus and Millichap represented a private seller in the transaction.
