The Wisconsin Department of Corrections recently leased 24,500 square feet of office space in the Mill Run Business Center in Milwaukee, thanks to the help of Colliers International.

BJ Electric Supply also renwed its 20,575-square-foot lease in the Pewaukee Commerc Center in Pewaukee, Wis. Mike Fardy, Tom Shepherd and Larkin with Colliers brokered this deal.
