Frank Guzikowski is the new executive vice president of agency lending at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.
Guzikowski earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minor in statistics. He earned his master’s degree in finance with a concentration in real estate and capital asset management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also has a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley
He brings more than 20 years experience in multi-family lending to his new position.
