Minneapolis-based Kraus-Anderson Construction Company recently named Mark Nolta as preconstruction services manager. He will focus on collaborating with the entire project team to meet the owner’s expectations.
Nolta will be based in Minneapolis and will oversee preconstruction services for Kraus-Anderson company-wide.
Before joining Kraus-Anderson, Nolta served as a senior estimator for Story Construction in Ames, Iowa. He was also the preconstruction manager for Findorff Construction in Madison, Wis., and preconstruction director for The Weitz Company in Des Moines, Iowa.
Nolta managed preconstruction projects in a variety of industries, including senior living, healthcare, education and hospitality.
