Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently closed the sale of 2424 4th Avenue South, an eight-unit apartment property located in Minneapolis. The asset commanded a sales price of $368,280.
Lance Linander, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Linander.
2424 4th Avenue South is located in the Whittier neighborhood of south Minneapolis. It is a converted building that traded at just more than $46,000 per door.
