Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services recently sold Hillcrest Apartments, a 23-unit apartment community in Le Sueur, Minn. The property sold for $792,000.
Mox Gunderson and Dan Linnell, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership. The buyer, a private investor, was also represented by Gunderson and Linnell.
