Flo-Rite Products Co. LLC has signed a lease at 2701 Busse Road, Elk Grove Village, for 127,952 square feet of industrial space.
Steve Goode of Venture One represented Flo-Rite Products Co. in the transaction. Matthew Stauber, Tom Rodeno and Jonathan Kohn of Colliers International represented landlord ML Realty Partners.
IMS Companies also signed a new lease for 107,531 square feet of the remainder of the building. David Prioletti and Chris Zubel of CB Richard Ellis represented IMS Companies in the transaction. Stauber, Rodeno and Kohn represented ML Realty Partners.
